1. Data Collection & Purpose

Our systems strictly process technical metadata required for secure email routing, including:

• Sender and Recipient metadata for delivery validation.
• IP addresses and authentication logs (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Engagement metrics utilized exclusively for deliverability optimization and abuse prevention.

2. Data Retention & Security

Metadata is retained for a rolling period of 30 days to facilitate technical troubleshooting and security audits, after which it is programmatically purged. We employ AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and mandate TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

3. ISP & Partner Relations

We maintain collaborative relationships with major Inbox Service Providers (ISPs) to ensure network transparency. If you are a Postmaster or Security Analyst, we provide dedicated channels for reporting anomalies or requesting technical compliance audits.
