1. Explicit Consent Protocol

Every recipient routed through our systems must have provided documented, explicit opt-in consent to receive communications. The utilization of purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party email lists is strictly prohibited on our network.

2. Identification & Transparency

All payloads processed by our delivery nodes must clearly identify:

• The legitimate, verifiable physical address of the sender.
• A transparent and non-deceptive "From" address and "Subject" line.
• A functional, one-click unsubscribe mechanism that processes opt-outs immediately and remains active for a minimum of 30 days.

3. Network Monitoring & Enforcement

We leverage advanced automated telemetry to monitor outbound traffic for heuristic spam patterns. Any tenant account generating abuse complaints exceeding the industry standard of 0.1% (1 per 1,000 messages) via FBLs or JMRP is subject to immediate suspension, route blackholing, and technical audit.
